The Wedding Prep Intensive is a short-term, coaching-based experience designed to help engaged couples align expectations, communicate effectively, and turn wedding planning into a season of connection rather than stress.

• Starting or in the thick of wedding planning - congrats!!

• Navigating family involvement, financial decisions, or differing visions

• Noticing tension or avoidance of certain topics and want to nip it in the bud

• Want a proactive, positive, goal-directed alternative to couples therapy

This is a space for just the two of you to work out (potentially emotional) decisions and filter through the well-meaning input from family, friends, or your algorithm.

Sorting through personal decisions ahead of time also ensures you show up to your planner/vendor meetings clear-headed and aligned.

Examples:

• Do we have to invite our parents’ friends, distant relatives, or people we don’t feel connected to?

• How do we ask our families whether they plan to contribute financially?

• Is it better to ask family to pay for specific elements, or to contribute a lump sum?

• How do we handle differences between our families’ expectations or levels of involvement?

• How do we respond to opinions/criticism about what traditions we are/are not planning to incorporate?

• How do we communicate boundaries around guest lists, ceremonies, or others’ requests?

• Do we need to tell a friend they won’t be included in the bridal party—and how do we do that thoughtfully?

• What if we disagree on a major aspect of the wedding and neither one of us wants to compromise?

Depending on the package you choose, we will define goals/topics to focus on in each session.

Ahead of your first session, we ask that you complete our questionnaire so that we can jump into goal-setting right away.

Availability is limited, but flexible, so that we can schedule sessions around upcoming wedding related events or meetings.

Sessions can be added a la carte, or you can purchase an additional package.
